Parkview Mountain is a big gentle summit that sits quite alone roughly twenty miles northwest of Lake Granby. Despite it's relatively low stature, it is among the state's most prominant peaks and the views from the summit are expansive. If you've got a high clearance vehicle, the hike is extremely short - good for when you want to get out of the house but don't feel like doing much!
