The Squeeze, also known as Segers Hole, is the crown jewel of San Rafael Swell canyoneering. One of the more difficult slots of the Colorado Plateau, any descent of the Squeeze is cold and committing. An intense series of potholes pose varying difficulties depending on water levels. I was fortunate enough to join eight other incredibly strong chicks for this, my 2nd Squeeze experience. Water levels were high, maximizing the fun. I wore a full 3/2mm wetsuit over a full 5mm suit and was still chilly at times!
